How is the support agent count calculated?

We only count support agents who are in both Slack channel and Intercom. Slack bots will not be counted. Say you have 20 support agents in Slack, but only 10 of them have Intercom seats, then your count is 10.

Can I have a free trial?

Yes! You have 14 days free trial period. Once you install Supportman on Slack, you need to use your credit card to start a 14-day free trial. If you don't like it before the trial expires, feel free to cancel it with no questions asked.

What if my team size grows?

The number of support agents will be counted daily. In case your team size falls into the next pricing plan. We will send you an email as a reminder. After two days, your plan will automatically be upgraded, you don't need to do anything.

What if I have more than 30 support agents?

Please send us an email to [email protected]. We will help you set up a custom package for the Enterprise plan.

Do you offer any discounts?
