Frequently asked questions.

Q.01 How is the support-agent count calculated?

We only count users who are in both the Slack notification channel and have an inbox seat in Intercom. Slack bots aren't counted.

For example — if 20 people are in the Slack channel but only 10 of them have Intercom inbox seats, your count is 10.

Q.02 Can I have a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a free trial. After you install Supportman on Slack, you'll add a credit card to start the trial. If you don't like it, cancel it with no questions asked.

Q.03 What if my team size grows mid-cycle?

The agent count is recalculated daily. If your team grows into the next pricing band, we'll send you an email letting you know. After 48 hours your plan automatically moves up — you don't have to do anything.

If your team shrinks, your plan moves down on the same cadence.

Q.04 What if I have more than 30 support agents?

Email [email protected] and we'll set up a custom Enterprise package — pricing tailored to your team size, plus an SLA and a custom AI rubric calibrated to your team's voice.

Q.05 What's your refund policy?

30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not working for the team, drop a message in the in-app chat and we'll get it settled.

Q.06 Is AI Evaluation included, or paid extra?

AI Evaluation is included on Pro and Business+ at no extra charge — it's tagged Beta because the rubric calibration is still moving. It is not available on the Basic plan.

On Enterprise, you can supply a fully custom rubric. Get in touch and we'll calibrate it with the team.
