Two fixes to the weekly Slack report: one stopped it sending at all for some teams, the other made the top reps line hard to read.
What changed
- A conversation a customer opened that no teammate had picked up yet could abort report generation for the whole team. Those conversations now count correctly and the report sends as normal.
- The top support reps line ran names together with no space after the comma. It now reads as a proper list.
