- What counts as a DSAT?
- You choose. Configure any emoji threshold as your negative boundary, typically ๐ and ๐ in Intercom's 5-emoji CSAT scale.
- Can I use a separate channel for DSAT alerts?
- Yes. Route bad ratings to a dedicated Slack channel so managers can keep the recovery queue separate from positive ratings and general support discussion.
- Will Fin AI-resolved conversations trigger DSAT alerts?
- You can exclude Fin-resolved conversations from alerts if you prefer to track them separately.
By installing DSAT Alerts you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Supportman is an independent product, not affiliated with Intercom or Slack.
