- What counts as a DSAT?
- You choose. Configure any emoji threshold as your negative boundary — typically 😞 and 😠 in Intercom's 5-emoji CSAT scale.
- Can I use a separate channel for DSAT alerts?
- Yes. Route bad ratings to a dedicated Slack channel so managers can keep the recovery queue separate from positive ratings and general support discussion.
- Will Fin AI-resolved conversations trigger DSAT alerts?
- You can exclude Fin-resolved conversations from alerts if you prefer to track them separately.
By installing DSAT Alerts you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Supportman is an independent product — not affiliated with Intercom or Slack.
