- How long does setup take?
- Under 2 minutes. Connect Intercom, connect Slack, and choose your channel. No engineering required.
- Can I filter which ratings appear in Slack?
- Yes. You can send all ratings, only negative ratings (below a threshold emoji), or a custom selection. You can also exclude conversations handled entirely by Fin AI.
- Does this replace Intercom's native Slack integration?
- Intercom's native integration sends conversation assignments and @mentions. CSAT to Slack is purpose-built for rating notifications. It fires after a customer rates a conversation, not when the conversation is assigned.
By installing CSAT to Slack you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Supportman is an independent product, not affiliated with Intercom or Slack.
