The week, before standup.
Every Friday, Supportman writes the report you’d otherwise assemble by hand: a team-level summary to the channel, and a private DM to each agent with their own numbers. Five minutes of reading, and everyone walks into the week knowing exactly where things stand.

What you get
Per-agent reportsEach agent gets their own custom report by DM — their ratings summary and stats for the week.
Team-level reportConversation volume, median first reply, and time to close for the last seven days.
Ratings summariesA seven-day ratings distribution plus the day-by-day breakdown.
Top agentsSee who your top agents are, every single week — named in the channel.
Reports agents actually read
The team report goes where the team already is — the Slack channel — and each agent’s numbers arrive privately, sized for a phone screen. No login, no export, no “I’ll look at it later.”
Because every agent sees their own ratings summary and stats each week, the Friday report doubles as a lightweight feedback loop: wins get noticed, slips get caught early, and the top-agent callout gives the week a scoreboard.
