Fin is pay-as-you-go on Intercom plans
Inside Essential, Advanced, or Expert, Fin costs $0.99 per outcome with no minimum. The 50-outcome floor only applies to standalone Fin on external helpdesks.
Copilot stacks per agent
Every full seat gets 10 free Copilot conversations/mo. Unlimited Copilot is $29/agent/mo (annual) or $35/agent/mo (monthly), and you choose which agents get it.
