Which plan fits your team?

Supportman is priced in flat monthly bands by agent count — not per seat. Tell us how many agents handle conversations and what you need beyond CSAT notifications, and this picks the smallest plan that covers both.

What do you need?

Flat pricing, not per seat

Every plan is a flat monthly price for an agent band, so adding a teammate mid-month doesn't change your bill until you cross a band.

How the bands work

Agents, not Slack users. The band is set by how many people handle conversations in Intercom. Slack users and channels are unlimited on every plan, so the whole company can watch CSAT land without changing your bill.

One feature can move you up a band. AI quality scoring starts at Pro, so a four-person team that wants IQS on every closed conversation lands on Pro even though headcount alone would fit Basic. Approvals is not one of these — it is a free beta that works on any plan.

Crossing a band is the only thing that changes the price. Adding a sixth agent moves Basic to Pro. Adding a second Slack channel does not. Past 30 agents, pricing becomes a conversation.
