Getting started

Signing in to the web app

Slack is where ratings arrive; the web app at app.supportman.io is where they add up. Anyone on your team with an Intercom inbox seat can sign in.

Sign in with an email link

Go to app.supportman.io, enter your work email and open the email titled Your Supportman sign-in link. The link works once and expires after 30 minutes. There is no password.

Use the same email you use in Intercom. If the app does not recognise it, it offers to connect a new Intercom workspace instead: check the address, or ask whoever installed Supportman.

What each page shows

  • Home: average rating, first reply time and Fin resolution at a glance.
  • Today: conversations that need a look, grouped as rated badly, Fin handed off, no first reply yet, and never rated but reads unhappy. Switch between the last 1, 3, 7 or 30 days.
  • Conversations: search and filter every conversation Supportman has seen. Open one for its rating, AI evaluation and predicted CSAT.
  • Agents: each teammate's ratings and stats.
  • Handbook: a setup checklist and definitions of the terms the app uses.
  • Team Settings: workspace details, integrations, plan, targets and users.

Pages with a lock

A few pages, such as Signals, Fin and Approvals, show a lock and a Request early access card. They are in early access: request it from the card, or email us, and we will switch it on for your workspace.

Questions
Can I change Slack notification settings in the web app?

Not yet. Team Settings → Notifications shows your current settings, but changes are made in Slack, on the Supportman app’s Home tab under Settings.
